Professional/Expert level certifications in AWS or Azure or GCP - A Copy Must Along with Submission details.
Terraform Certifications - A Copy Must Along with Submission details.
Security level certifications in AWS or Azure or GCP - Preferred and Plus Point.
Must include hands-on experience with the following tools: Airlock and Crowdstrike.
NOTE : Just mentioning the skills in the resume will not be sufficient. We need candidates with genuine hands-on experience working on Airlock and CrowdStrike.
Essential Responsibilities
- Allocate approximately 70% of time to hands-on engineering tasks, such as developing new deployments, tooling, and automation scripts to address client needs.
- Dedicate around 30% of time to leadership duties, including mentoring junior engineers, ensuring quality deliverables, and managing escalations.
- Act as the primary escalation contact for complex technical issues, resolving them promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Monitor and uphold quality standards for engineering work, confirming alignment with internal protocols, compliance regulations, and project milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks in partnership with consulting and solutions architecture teams, ensuring regulatory requirements and client expectations are fully addressed.
- Coordinate day-to-day engineering activities, tracking progress and adjusting resources to meet project goals on schedule.
- Owns Jira end-to-end: authors well-scoped tickets with clear acceptance criteria, compliance labels, priority, and dependency links; maintains backlog hygiene.
- Leads sprint planning as the driver proposes ranked scope, sequences dependencies, balances capacity, and holds the gate on blockers and readiness before committing the sprint.
- Fluent in DevOps delivery mechanics (IaC, CI/CD, policy-as-code, change control) at a planning level structures tickets around how work actually lands in pipelines and environments.
Skills
- Technically conversant across AWS, Azure, identity (Entra/Intune/Defender), networking, and FedRAMP/NIST controls able to follow EA design discussions and translate decisions into tickets without re-explanation.
- Strong organizational abilities to balance hands-on technical responsibilities with leadership and mentorship duties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly for managing client escalations and guiding engineering teams.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including infrastructure orchestration and deployment automation.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform as an Infrastructure-as-Code tool.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a focus on meeting compliance and security objectives without sacrificing practicality.
- Effective documentation skills, producing clear technical plans, status updates, and issue-resolution pathways.
Experience
- 12-15+ years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP), preferably in regulated or compliance-sensitive contexts.
- Demonstrated success creating custom scripts, tools, or automation to streamline deployments.
- Previous involvement in resolving escalations or high-severity client issues, particularly within a managed services or consulting setting.
- Experience in a leadership or mentorship capacity, guiding engineering teams and maintaining project quality and deadlines.
- Familiarity with orchestration and automation tools, along with a fundamental understanding of DevOps and CI/CD processes.
Required Certifications
- Professional/Expert level certifications in AWS or Azure or GCP.
Preferred Certifications/Skills
- Hands-on experience with regulatory frameworks like FedRAMP, DoD, HIPAA, or HITRUST.
- Familiarity with industry-standard configuration baselines, such as CIS Benchmarks or DISA STIG.
- Experience using Ansible, Gitlab/GitHub for automation and orchestration.
- Terraform Certifications.
- Security level certifications in AWS or Azure or GCP.
