Job Description

Operating within a fast-paced Agile delivery environment, successful candidates must possess strong, hands-on experience driving technology execution and managing end-to-end delivery lifecycles. This role prioritizes deep technical acumen and robust delivery experience over soft-skill alignments.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

Business Analysis & Execution: Drive business analysis within complex technology initiatives, managing the end-to-end SDLC and pushing rapid iteration on platform design specifications.
Must have experience with Logistics& Fleet industry.
Requirements & Documentation: Formally gather requirements and author comprehensive SDLC/business requirements documentation.
Acceptance Criteria & Sprint Management: Define clear acceptance criteria and manage weekly sprint tasks, logging updates within Azure DevOps (ADO) boards to meet strict timelines.
Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage and bridge communication across business and IT stakeholders, assessing project health and managing changes to scope.
Technical Experience: Bring7+ years of experience as a technical BA with logistics& fleet industry experince.
Experience with UAT & SQL and CRM tools.

Preferred Certification

Business analyst certification.
Certified scrum master.
PMP certification.
